      Business Systems Analyst Interview

      21 Jan 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Stanbridge University in Dec 2025

      Interview

First round was a pre-screen call with the recruiter. 2nd round was when a gentleman with a very impressive resume, which he continued to sell himself on. He showed up 15 minutes late, peppered me with questions, where he wanted an answer in 60 seconds or less. This was not a "dialogue" interview - more of a Q&A interview. The interview ran 15 min over which did not allow me time to ask questions. 3rd round was more of dialogue with the hiring manager. The recruiter was very slow to respond on "update" follow-up emails.
