They basically sat down with me to ask light questions about my resume and it appeared to me that they could not probe because they lacked the capacity & capabilities to evaluate me as a candidate. Someone more senior should have come and that would have enabled them as a company to make a better value judgement of my candidate-ship/skill sets vis-a-vis the total rewards that I requested.
