Submitted an Online Application after which i was invited for an aptitude test. I was successful, and i got a call from HR scheduling me for an interview that was like a week after the test. The interview was pretty straight forward, just be straightforward and honest do a lil background reading about the organisation, the role and general interview questions and you will be good.
