I applied online. I interviewed at Stanford University
Interview
I initially had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next interview was done via Zoom as I was not living in the area. It was easy to set up and the manager was again the person doing the interview along with 2 other team members.

Interview
Initial screening with the supervisor (about 30 minutes) and then a "meet the team" interview format (about 2.5 hours). Responsive with scheduling. Nice team, provided insight about the study, responsibilities, and professional development opportunities.

Interview
I had a great interview with Dr. Day, who described his research in detail and allowed me to ask technical questions. In all, it was a laid back yet formal interview, where I had the chance to discuss my strengths and show my enthusiasm for his research.
