it was a standard process with a good range of questions, most of which you would expect from a job interview. It was conducted well by interviewers. about one hour long
3-4 people asking questions on past projects/experiences. Looking for examples of leadership and problem solving abilities. They made the interview feel comfortable. Very kind individuals who seemed like they wanted to get to know me as the interviewee.
