Prior to the interview, there was a graduate task - desk study work for a PEA. The interview itself was with one person, very relaxed and with no real structure. I thought it went ok and was told to expect to hear within a week. However, he didn't get back to me. I waited and chased up for several weeks. Eventually the graduate hiring manager told me that they had never got round to making a decision and the position was never filled.
