Seriously a complete waste time! I interviewed with 3 people in person and 1 person over the phone for a position on the SMG Performance Marketing team. They never contacted to tell me I did not get the position which I think is wrong. The recruiter I dealt with was a contract employee based out of LA and once they decided to go with another candidate, she did not make any effort to contact me to tell me the status. SMG PM team is racist. Out of 30 employees on the SMG PM, there are zero African Americans. The only reason they didn't hire me is because I'm African American and they didn't think I would fit in their "culture" because of my skin color. SMG PM is full of people who walk around with a chip on their shoulder and i'm honestly glad they didn't extend me an offer. Please don't waste your time with this agency and go for an agency that HONESTLY care about diversity and inclusion. After the interview process, I understand why the employee who left a review said don't waste your time with SMG Performance Marketing team.
