I was reached out informally by recruiter and the process was very fast. Had two calls with the he manager, and i ducked out of the process before the final interview which would’ve been a call with the team I would be working with

Asked about experience managing in a programmatic space.
I went through an initial phone screen and a round of 4 interviews from 4 different people on the team that I would be joining. The process wasn't too complicated, but it took a few weeks to get into the office for the in-person interviews. After about a week and a half, I received an offer from the recruiter.
