Fairly ridiculous. Phone interview. They solicited me and called me out of the blue at work (rather than emailing me) which I thought was inappropriate to set up a phone interview. Following that, they brought me in for 4 interviews in one day, then cancelled two following my first two, which is why you don't schedule 4 interviews for the same day. If you don't like the candidate, then less time is wasted for each party. They sent in someone else to interview me and he walked in and announced, "They just asked me to come in and talk to you." He was completely unprepared--certainly not his fault, but really unprofessional.
