If selected, a manger will ask for an in-person interview where they as to tell you about yourself and if you are able to stand for about 4 hours or more and work evenings. If you are able to do this, and the managers like you, you more than likely got the job. It is also good to get in by knowing someone who works at the arena, It is much easier that way, but it is still a pretty easy interview.
