2 zoom interviews with Regional Director and Director of Operations.
1- Final in person interview with hiring manager and Director of operations

Question 1
They follow a script of questions. Depending on who is doing the interview they will have a strategic technique to not be a full blown interrogation. You can tell who is new with it and it can make it a bit awkward. By the final round you will feel like a robot trying to stay consistent with the same answers and want a more human approach.
