The company hired Capus to conduct interviews. I’ve participated in interviews with Capus a couple of times, also on behalf of other employers. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently encountered very arrogant recruiters.

Had my interview on site. The two guys interviewing me were friendly, respectful and wanted to know me as a person as much as my competence. There was a total of two interviews. I had to do tests, and HR who went through the tests with me were professional and made me feel comfortable. They were quick to respond and acted as a professional organization all the way. I think their values matched the interview process

Interview
The interview process was via telegram. I think the questions were automated, but they were they typical questions you would receive via in-person interview. I was hired, but not yet started the position, but we shall see if this is legitimate or not.
