Met with the manager and discussed previous work experience and what I wanted out of the company going forward for about an hour. We discussed the job that's open, all the responsibilities, how I would fit in, and the overall process of the day and office. I went and saw the model apartment and discussed the Springs area. We discussed the property management company and had a really great experience just getting to know each other and focusing on work related issues and questions.
