First an HR interview - introducing myself and all that, then a coding home assignment. After that, a virtual interview -
One coding question
One system design question
One network question
Thorough, objective, and well informed interview process which is what you would expect at a high growth enterprise software firm. I had a chance to meet with my peers on the leadership team as well as a few key managers and stakeholders.

Question 1
They wanted to know about my experience scaling companies.
2 Interviews, one over phone and the other in-person. The over the phone interview is just initial screening by the supervisor. The in-person involves both the supervisor and CEO. Felt more like an unncessary interrogation for what the job entailed, a lot of questions were also repeated from the phone interview. They will question every bit of your resume, so know it well. They don't notify you whether you were not selected, although they promised they would. This job is very repetitive in nature, although they try to make it sound like you are going to consistently learn new things and it is very challenging. I think they would prefer a candidate who is actually okay with that and little to no career progression so adjust your responses accordingly.
