Interview
interview process was very long, there was about 5 stages and seemed like a waste of time as everyone asked me the same questions. communication is completely lacking in this company
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Steel City Interactive (Sheffield, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
Initial interview with HR was quickly booked in after applying. However, any follow-up was delayed for months due to internal re-hiring of HR, following which there was little to no communication. Recruiters also changed hands during this process, and I was left in the lurch.

Disappointing Experience with Recruitment Process
The interviews were scheduled and conducted smoothly, and the questions were straightforward and easy to handle.
The interviewers themselves were genuine, professional, and pleasant to interact with, which made the experience feel promising. However, after completing two interviews, I never received any follow-up or feedback.
Ghosting candidates after multiple interviews is highly unprofessional. Providing a proper rejection, even if brief, would have been a more respectful and professional approach. It reflects poorly on the company’s regard for candidates' time and effort.
