As a recruitment firm, maybe they could have given more details about the positions they are recruiting for. Maybe the salary/ budget of the organization. Generally the interview was not bad and I really appreciated that they gave feedback.

Interview
The process included a phone screen, video interview with partner, video interview with 2 team lead and account manager, and video interview with owner. The whole process was very quick, the hiring manager was prompt and easy to communicate with.

Question 1
No behavioral questions, straight forward, and easy conversations. Owner did ask about knowledge of Canada's population, Vancouver's population, and the names of BC's premier and BC's provincial health officer.
