Phone Interview with Human Resources Recruit. Then panel interview with Regional Manager, Financial Center Manger, and Human Resources Representative.

Manager asked if I had experience in banking which I did since I had worked here part time before. I asked about promotion opportunities and the manager stated that I would be expected to be here for about three years before being promoted to another position. It seemed that the culture was very family friendly.
