Stellarise interview questions

Really enjoyed the initial interview with the HR manager which was very informal and chatty. She put me at my ease quickly. Fact finding and discussing my previous roles and experience. Asked a few questions about how I work and what I enjoy and what situations I have felt under pressure. She was keen to see how well and simply I could talk about IT to a client in a way that they might understand. Then a short test where there was no right or wrong but more to see where I was at. I left really wanting to work for Stellarise. I then had more interviews with some more senior engineers with more length questions. Very good process.
