My experience with Stenn was very positive despite not being offered a role. The process began with an informal call with Mike the talent lead. This was an informative conversation about the company and role and Mike's enthusiasm for the company was contagious. Following this I took part in a 60 minute interview with Dimitrie the Head of Fraud. This again was a very informative interview Dimitrie explained in detail the role, showed enthusiasm for the company and generally seemed like a decent person to work under. The interview was more like a sit down conversation, talking about my previous experience in investigations etc. Ultimately I did not receive an offer and on reflection I beleive I performed poorly during my interview which was my first after 11yrs within a public sector role. Following the interview I was informed of the decision through Mike but helpfully provided feedback for the decision and my personal suitability.
