Probably the worst interview process possible. Received an email that I moved forward in the process only for me to schedule time, reconfirm it with the recruiter and then getting a templated rejection email minutes later...Incompetent team and recruiting process that is a complete and utter joke...do not waste your time...they never know how to screen properly and do not understand the role they recruit for.
4 rounds, one assessment, one hr screening, 2 others, case study as well based on prior quarters earnings report. Overall fairly easy and went well. entire process took course over 2 weeks and had a quick turn around

What are some questions you have about our recent earnings report
All excel problem based, no practical data analysis. No generic programmjng languages like python. Only expertise needed is in excel or powerbi. Not interested kn data science approaches or alternative methods of solving problems.

Rather than focusing solely on technical skills or qualifications, they prioritized how individuals interacted, communicated, and aligned with the company’s values. Ultimately, their primary objective was to determine cultural fit, ensuring that any new team member would seamlessly integrate into the existing work environment and contribute positively to the overall team dynamic.
