There is none. It's a ploy to get you into the interview for them to switch the interview to a store manager role. The application states you have to have experience in multi site management but when you get there they say, you have no DM experience because we expect you to have experience overseeing 13-14 sites but we want you to be a store manager instead. "OH I guess I should have stated that on the call when we set up your interview"
I walked out. How unprofessional. I read a review that this happened to someone else also. So what is the point of being a trainee?
