I went through three stages: a 45-minute timed coding exercise, an HR interview, and a technical interview with a lead developer. While I followed up once after the first interview, I chose not to follow up again after the second, as it became clear the process was stalling. Communication was slow and unclear, and overall, it felt like candidate time was not a priority.

- brain teaser avec des énigmes
- un après-midi dans les locaux :
- 4 entretiens de 20min chacun
- 1h d’exercice seul
- 1h heure d’exercice en peer coding
- un appel pour l’offre
C’est un processus long et éreintant pour une startup qui propose des offres loin de mon package actuel.
On m’a fait une offre avec un contrat horaire mais les dirigeants expriment une volonté de la part de leurs employés de travailler autant qu’en contrat cadre, ce qui ne m’a pas plu.
Le ressenti est globalement négatif, processus en longueur pour une offre pas attractive.
