1. I applied through a third party hiring/sourcing consultancy via Linkedin. Recruiter reached out to me and explained about the position and scheduled me for next round of interviews. 2. 1st round was with Associate director, followed by 2nd round of a panel interview in which only 1 person showed up out of 4. 3. I was asked to meet with another 4 people again and this time only 2 people showed up in the interview.
