Stonehaven Homes interview questions

30 minute phone call with the owner. Interview was informal. The interview seemed to go well and the owner said he would let me know by weeks end if I was to have an in person interview. I sent a thank you letter the day of the interview and followed up one week later, but I did not get a response so I evidentially got ghosted. I felt that this was completely immature and unprofessional. He could have responded and said that he decided to go in another direction.
