very easy process, lots of questions whether you can multitask. They provided me with a great job description. Very friendly and nice people. also asked me if I was familiar with any tax forms and preparation of tax returns in general.

They asked about customer service experience on the phone and experience dealing with tax forms, etc. asked if I could handle work under high stress and hand hold clients.
