Received an e-mail for an interview session with the HR , the next step would be with the user directly , before finally a session with the Head of Operations.
Whole interview took ~1 month
Appreciate the HR being very transparant and supportive in the rescheduling process , since they let us decide our own preferred time as well instead of setting a time preferred by the company.
Overall the process is very smooth since the questions would be an assessment if you truly have the expertise needed relevant to the job description.
Provided a lot of insights after the interview as well in regard of areas you might be lacking , which i believe is good overall for our own career progression instead of having a neutral response.
