Stranges Greenhouse interview questions

There was first a phone chat about the job, expectations, salary, and schedule. A couple of days later there was an in-person introduction. I talked to the hiring manager briefly and she asked me about my plant knowledge, which is minimal, but I am eager to learn and that was enough. She also asked about my experience with dealing with customers in a retail setting. She described the working conditions to make sure they were all acceptable to me. Then, the greenhouse manager showed me around.
