The interview was actually one of my favorite interviews during my job search. It was open ended questions that made the exchange feel more like a conversation than an actual job interview.

This school has a very corrupt way of hiring and deciding who they will advance through the process. I had an interview with them back in February 2025 for a coaching position. The interview went well (I thought), but then they lied to m and told me they were no longer hiring for the position I applied for, but I can wait until the position opens again and I will already be a candidate for the position when it reopens. My application sat in queue for 4 months until the position was posted again. Soon after I saw the position was available again, I applied and notified the manager I iniyially spoke with that I applied for the position again. I was told aa recruiter should be contacting me soon. About two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. I logged into my applications only to find that my application had been closed and was no longer being considered. Not only that, but they blocked me from applying to new positions! This place has zero ethics. They are dishonest and don't honor their word. They play games with certain applicants they don't like. I should have been at least interviewed for the job just as a matter of deference, but I was kicked out altogether by a recruiter that was clearly biased against me. I am writing the Minnesota workforce department to launch an ethics complaint against them.
