Interview

Phone interview with Human Resources. Then face to face with the other accounting manger and the CFO. Then face to face with Fresh Coat president. Follow up offer a week or so later.

Professional. Warm and friendly. Went over resume/application briefly, but wanted to feel out Sales acumen more than anything. We went over my sales experience per each position I had then we went into detail on how this is an extremely difficult sales position.
