Completely unprofessional and disorganized. First impression, the interviewer was young and didn't have a grasp on how to conduct a proper interview. They were nervous and did not make eye contact.

Greatest strength, weakness, etc. Very basic and rushed process. They didn't care about my answer. Left me to believe they just need a body in a seat.
