Pretty straightforward. I sent a resume and cover letter to the hiring manger who then set-up a phone screen. The phone screen was short, about 10 minutes, and it gave me a chance to learn a little bit more about the company and the position I was applying for. I was then called in for an in person interview that took about 45 minutes. In addition the in person interview I had to complete a few skills assessment: grammar, writing style, and attention to detail.
