1) Microsoft Hangout avec le stagiare courant, qui s'occupe du processus de recruitment 2) Test technique compta/finance sur Excel + PPT (3 diapos) + team-building event sur Word, le tout à rendre dans les 7 prochains jours 3) Microsoft Teams: présentation de ton PPT (ils te le disent pas avant) + entretien avec HR/Operations/Finance Manager (N+1) = total de 1h30 4) Hangout pour tester ton "fit/match" avec des employés de Streamroot (ingénieurs etc.)

4 Stages - HR Call - Test - Interview with Founders - Fit Interview. This is one of the most negative experiences I had especially with the HR. After the initial call, the HR sends the test and you have one week to complete. I finished it in 2 days and asked for a followup a week later. Next, out of the blue after 2+ weeks, a call was arranged with the founder( This is the only positive aspect of the interview). The founder was very professional. However, I was told that they are looking to make an offer by next Friday after I have had my last interview. Next Friday came, the same HR who never replies to follow-ups asked for interview on next monday instead. I figured maybe they have had arrangement difficulties and were not able to conduct on Friday. On monday , I had a final fit interview and the HR told me again that she will quickly get back. As expected no reply. The most negative aspect was communication with the HR which was absolutely frustrating as I never heard back from her. For the salary offered and the small size of the company, their interview process is far slower than Google, Accenture and even start-ups. Not at all worth the effort as they will beat around the bush and waste time. Please go for fast growing start-ups who have a proper interview process. Watch out of other's reviews as well since they posted this Job 2 times on glassdoor and may not actually have genuine internship postings.
