      Interview

I joined the zoom call 10mins early and the Hiring manager kicked me out of the call and wouldn't let me back in. When I messaged them about this and screenshotted this issue, I was ignored.

      Interview

This interview process was overall very odd. Thirty minutes after I submitted my application on LinkedIn, I received an email stating I got an interview. I was under the impression that the first interview would be one-on-one with an employee or hiring manager, however it was a group interview that lasted a total of 13 minutes. They barely asked me about my professional experience, which was weird. Then, during the second interview, which I was explicitly told would be "one-on-one", per the email I received, was ALSO a group interview. Throughout the interview they again, barely asked me about my professional experience or really anything about myself, and then they started to go into detail about the position. However, this was not the position I applied for. I applied for a "Marketing and PR Assistant" position, and they were interviewing me for an "Account Executive" position. The other interviewee and I saw ourselves out of the process, as it was clear that the positions we applied to never really existed in the first place. Overall, a very interesting experience.
