I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Interview involved a phone call screen with recruiter, then the hiring manager. Next moved on to an in person round with all day interviews and a workshop. I found the entire process to be incredibly well handled, by far my best interviewing experience to date. The recruiter kept me updated on my progress and what was to come.

Other Program Manager interview reviews for Stripe
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Pretty tough recruiter prescreen, interview the following week was with the hiring manager. Lots of STAR questions with deep dives into my answers, and answering fictional scenarios. Next was an assignment, put a lot of time into this and received a canned e-mail informing me I'm not moving forward. Recruiter was VERY responsive.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with difficult stakeholders?
Phone screen followed by a series of questions detailing a complex problem I had solved. The second question was around missing an important goal and to detail the steps you would take in that scenario.
I interviewed at Stripe in June 2025 and was given a written assignment before moving on to interviews. After spending a week working on a very long and tedious assignment, I was rejected immediately with no interview. No feedback was provided. I would expect unprofessionalism from this organization and the possibility that your work may just be taken. It is evident that they do not value a clear and fair recruiting process.
