Two part process, involved and upfront. Very open to everything I had to say. Had multiple people to meet and talk with for this position. A tour of the facility was on the second part of the interview
Meet up with HR person in Campus Fair, got to know about company and gave my resume for internship position.
Followed up with the HR and employee for intern position. got email from manager who took my onsite interview.
