Structure Medical Engineering interview questions

Talked briefly with the boss who excitedly asked about current and past endeavors that were Engineering related in both college and high school. Gave a tour of the facility then asked questions as to what skills I believe would benefit the company the most that I had. Almost made it sound like a near orientation by the end of the interview.
