Contacted by HR and went to their office for an offline interview with user. Other candidates were interviewed all together by user and then a 1-on-1 session asking more personal questions.

Bad. The CEO was late by about an hour and didn’t greet the candidates or apologize. The session felt more like a group discussion. He was very rude, and one candidate almost cried. Really bad behavior — big red flag.
