SuMi Trust interview questions

The interview process was quick and seamless. It consists of three rounds of interviews. The first round is a virtual meeting. It begins with 5 minutes with you and one member of HR alone. After the screening, HR transfers you to interview 2 analysts from the team. The second and third rounds are in-person. In the second round, you meet with the leaders of the operations team. Finally, the third round is with two front office individuals who are not a part of the operations team. Every interviewer follows the same format, grilling you with questions about your resume experience and interested on why you applied to the role.

First, He phone screen and second run is hiring managers/or panel interview, and finally senior management as final run. Overall, the interviews moved pretty fast and only final run required in person interview.
