The interview process was quick and seamless. It consists of three rounds of interviews. The first round is a virtual meeting. It begins with 5 minutes with you and one member of HR alone. After the screening, HR transfers you to interview 2 analysts from the team. The second and third rounds are in-person. In the second round, you meet with the leaders of the operations team. Finally, the third round is with two front office individuals who are not a part of the operations team. Every interviewer follows the same format, grilling you with questions about your resume experience and interested on why you applied to the role.
