Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Subway (Hudson, FL) in Sept 2012
Interview
The interview was really laid back and casual. The owner/operator mostly was excited that she didn't have to spend the labor hours and money on training me due to previous experience in Subway Stores. All in all I would say that the process took about 15 minutes. I was excited and had high hopes as I was told that she was looking to train me with experience for Assistant Manager position and that it could be in as little as 6 months. I worked there almost two years and couldn't even get $9.00/hr. Not all Subways are like this, but research each store/owner for yourself.

Question 1
Do you feel you could work here without any accommodations?
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
