Handed my cv into the shop, got a call that night inviting me for an interview the next day. interview was very informal. It was in the restaurant area of the shop and I just spoke to the manager.

Name a time when you had to get something finished in a set period of time
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
