I applied on Indeed, and after 10 days I was asked to come in for a one to one interview. The whole process was quite straightforward, did not ask for extensive information
In person interview about past work experiences, was asked to come in for an interview and go over the details of the job. Then I was given a tour and asked a few more questions

Interview was unique, asked me a few questions and then a free trail of work the next day. They asked about prior experience and your hours and flexibility, other then that easy.
