The interview process was quick and easy. I completed a paper application and recieved a phone call within a couple weeks. I was interviewed by the owner of several subway franchises in town. The interview lasted only about 15 minutes and was hired on the spot.

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
