Somewhat disjointed communication, but there are some great, really bright people at this company. Very good culture, that flows down from the CEO.
However, on the Sales side, they have a newish CRO who has a very high opinion of himself. He tended to make the interview about him, and chose to grandstand while ignoring his staff’s recommendations. If you are interviewing for a Sales role, just make sure you get the CRO’s input on what he wants to hear, and throw in some compliments to feed his ego. He is the one making the hiring decisions, not the hiring managers.
