I had a positive meeting with their marketing director and felt it went well, leading to a second interview conducted virtually with their VP of marketing. This meeting also left me feeling optimistic. The team members I interacted with appeared skilled and knowledgeable. However, after several weeks passed following my second interview, I received no communication about the job status, despite sending a follow-up email inquiring about any updates. Eventually, I discovered through their LinkedIn page that they had filled the position. The lack of follow-up after two separate interviews struck me as extremely unprofessional.
