Had a few rounds of interviews speaking with the Director of Recruiting. Then spoke to the CEO of the company to make sure I was a good. Basically, it comes down to experience or having the desire to really want to make money.

Interview process was a phone screen, technical phone screen, face to face and on line skills assessment. This process was quick start to finish, was smooth and very easy to maneuver. I am very pleased that an offer was extended, it has been one of the best decisions of my career.
