Applied online, invited for an interview online with 2 people from the TA team. Overall, a pretty disappointing interview experience considering all of us had a background in TA, recruitment and consulting, so you would expect standard best practices to be performed. Both interviewers were over 5 mins late with no courtesy message to say they were running late, when the interview finally started, there was no formal introduction and one of them immediately cut off pleasantries and went straight into questions for the interview. The only way I knew the names of the interviewers was through their display names on the screen. During the interview as I was answering the questions, both interviewers seemed to be preoccupied and not paying attention as they were typing away and seen grinning on the screen - assuming they were on another chat/answering emails. At the end of the inteview, I relayed my thanks for the opportunity and time taken for the interview but before I could finish, they ended the video call. Unprofessional and one of the worst interview experiences as a TA.
