As stated here by others, they don't know English therefore yes, I was wondering if it's worth attending. It took forever to slot in and it seemed they tried finding Japanese speaker before for 20k or so more. 30mins max slots, at least 5 agencies working on it, back to back interviews they keep doing, various huge pay ranges. They didn't have my CV, just the application profile, so 5+ mins wasted on confusion. Asked me for an intro, then awkward long silences, keep in mind there's a panel of 3 and limited time, time lost. I didn't know what to say so rambled, tried speak slowly and clearly but there really was nothing to say as not even a proper interview. Had nothing to ask me. 1 guy had ok English but kept laughing for e.g when the other guy asked me about salary requirements, then he asked me what the usual pay etc is and therefore it seemed like this was just for market research only to get info. 1 didn't know a word, who it's apparently reporting into! They said it's a new role but it isn't. Small office but it didn't take place there, odd. I see that people aren't lasting more than a few months... They said the last person was basically bad and the next stage would be a test. Absolute struggle to communicate etc, I had a feeling not to attend but the reputation looks great online, despite the high staff turnover etc. Very unorganised chaos, they had wads of CVs on them and asked if 1 is mine, as they weren't stapled so I wondered why they don't ask their admin to sort it out. I can't understand why they're even interviewing sooooo many, that you're bound to walk into the next interviewee, they're running around panting, slotting these in, I nearly did bump into the next 1. Odd.
