Summit Materials interview questions

I was contacted for an interview and initially appreciated the recruiter’s communication. Unfortunately, the process quickly became disorganized. The interview was rescheduled multiple times due to the recruiter’s conflicts, which I was happy to accommodate, but on the final scheduled date, I received no call, email, or notice. When I followed up, I was told they were moving forward with other candidates without any explanation or acknowledgment of the missed interview. I completely understand that things come up, but ghosting a candidate after multiple reschedules does not reflect well on how candidates are treated. A simple message or apology would have gone a long way.
