It was basically all fluff as the company would push you to become an 'financial consultant' (aka insurance agent). Asked only generic questions so the interview was easy. Gave an anecdotal example of a staff who hit the target by selling insurance package to her own family and social circle. Yikes.

The Management Associate role that I applied for turned out to be Financial Services Consultant role (mainly insurance). The interview was relatively straightforward and I was provided with information on the types of skills required and told that training will be provided also.

Interview
I applied for this position in LinkedIn on 26/10/2019 and I received a call from HR on 31/10/2019 to schedule an interview for 4/11/2019.
The interview was roughly 5-10min as it ended abruptly when I informed the interviewer that I was 18. Apparently, they were looking for someone above 21 as they needed me to present a license issued by the government.
Unfortunately, this information was not indicated in the Job Description in the LinkedIn job posting. Had it indicated a minimum age and license requirement, I wouldn’t have applied for this job and my time could have been spent more efficiently, hunting for other jobs.
