I went through 2 different interveiws, an phone interview and then a formal interveiw with a few different bank people. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The interveiw was about 25 minutes long. I recieved an offer the next day.

Interview
I applied for the position via indeed. I received a response 4 days later. I had previously interviewed with hiring manager for another position. She noted in her response for this position from my previous interview that I would “better suited for operations”. While 100% agree with her, it was disappointing to not get the chance to prove the breadth of my talent.
The interview process took about a month. Thorough interviews with various employees. Come prepared to discuss your knowledge in your industry and the bank's business.
